How do I place an Order?
Simply browse our shop, add products to the cart, choose your preferred payment method, enter your address info and place the order. We also accept direct orders placed via email orders@ginscipharma.com

Is there any possible to use special label or package?
Yes. If needed, we’d like to use label or package according to your requirement.
Can you provide relevant documents?
Yes, we could provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA, Health certificate and Origin certificate. If
your markets have any special requirements, just let us know.
May I get a sample before placing order?
Yes, Sample are available. For normal products, samples are for free and you just need to cover the freight; For those high value products, you’ll need to cover freight and certain product cost. We could reduce that cost once the other big order was placed. After we cooperated for some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be free. Mutual effort towards each other.
What Shipping Methods? How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Delivery/ lead time: goods will be sent after payment within 12- 24hours, then by Air from Hongkong to your country 3~5 days by express .DHL Express just 3~4days. And domestic shipped to forwarders need 1~2 working days , delivery,UPS/USPS 7~12days.
About the double clearance ways by air: Sometimes the international shipping need to wait the airlines flight 1~5 days,Then it will take 5~7days for delivery. The total, it takes 7-15 days to sign for special parcels from China abroad, but it is more safe than express ways(almost 100% success delivery).
For large quantity products, shipping by sea is worthwhile(double clearance ways by air no problem). It will cost days to weeks to come to your port, It depends on where the port is.

How to ensure quality? Do you accept third party inspection?
